Suraj, a rich shipping tycoon, has a problem in selecting a bride for himself. This posing a problem for his younger brother Ravi who wishes to get married soon. Ravis prayers are answered when Suraj accidentally meets Shubhangi. Their meeting blossoms into a full fledged romance, culminating in marriage. On their honeymoon Shubhangi bumps into Vishwanath. Is this to be end of happiness? Vishwanath starts following Suraj and Shubhangi everywhere. Eventually Suraj confronts Vishwanath; who claims to know her.
